Here we are in a new beginning of 2025’s Q2. In Q1, Arabella had made some preparation for 2025. We expanded our factory and redesigned our patterning room, added more auto-hanging lines in order to cater to the following development of activewear market. At the same time, we are still exploring new ways to follow up this industry as well as sharing what we saw to you.

Thus, let’s take a flash look for the industry news last week.

Fabric

Intertextile had showcased the textile fabric trends for China in 2026 at the trend forum. The core concept is "Integration." There are four key trend themes: "Roaming," "Coexistence," "Mindful Circulation," and "Symphony." Each theme is associated with corresponding trend fabrics and key color palettes.

Along with the concluded of Intertextile, here are some latest data of the exhibition for your reference.

During March 11-13th, nearly 95,000 professional buyers from 131 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy, gathered at this grand event. Among them, top brands like DESCENTE, ELAND, Hugo Boss, Zara and more had attended the expo. There were over 3100 fabric and accessories exhibitors displaying more latest products in 15 areas.

Fibers

Fashion for Good and the Microfibre Consortium as well as multiple fashion activewear brands such as ON, Under Armour and Inditex together launched “Behind Breaking” to study fiber breakage, enhance testing, and promote eco-friendly materials and innovations to reduce microplastic pollution and advance sustainable fashion.

Color

The FW25 fashion week continued the trends of "Quiet Luxury" and "Corp Core," with black, gray, and brown as the dominant colors while maintaining the green trend since 2017.

Designers used two to three specific shades of green as neutrals, pairing them with black and brown or applying them head-to-toe to evoke natural associations and '80s nostalgia. This stylish yet commercial color scheme reflects a calm response to turbulent times and reinforces consumer perception through on-screen imagery.
